Appartamento Vitalia C, Meina

Appartamento Vitalia C is a charming apartment located right on the Lake Maggiore. It sleeps three people. It is approximately 45 square meters (485 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, direct access to the lake, a shared patio with a view of the lake, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and broadband Internet access through Ethernet LAN.

You will be in the center of Meina, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 30 meters (100 feet), the stop for the SAF bus Arona - Milano line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at 300 meters (approximately 990 feet).

Appartamento Vitalia C is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.

For a succesful stay at Appartamento Vitalia C we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you (availability is limited; if you think you will need parking please inquire before placing your reservation).

The patio is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.

The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a three-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!). The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels), a CD player with FM radio and an Ethernet plug for broadband Internet connection (don't forget your cable!). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the lake through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio with a view of the lake through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
