Valmontone Outlet

Also known as the Valmontone Fashion District, this is a shopper's delight. Valmontone is an American-style outlet mall located about 40 kilometers south of Rome in the Castelli Romani district. It features 170 stores, including big-name brands, along with cafes and eateries in a "town center" style shopping mall. There are designer and name brands at discounted prices. Plenty of parking is available and it is easily accessible off the A-1 autostrada between Rome and Naples.

There is transportation available from near Rome's Termini station on the "Fashion Bus," which runs on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. It departs Rome at 10:00 am and leaves Valmontone at 5:30 pm for those who want a day-trip from the Eternal City without having to rent a car. The Valmontone Outlet is open from 10:00 AM til 8:00 PM daily, and until 9:00 PM on weekends. It is adjacent to Magicland, a large amusement park. It is located near the spa town of Fiuggi and the famous abbey of Montecassino.
