Enjoy an authentic Tuscan dinner in the comfort of your villa. Cinzia Malgeri, your personal chef, will turn the kitchen of your villa into a real restaurant, to let you discover the taste of the regional dishes in an unforgettable way.

Passionate about cooking since a child, Cinzia has traveled the world as a holiday resort manager. Her duties included supervising the kitchen at resorts in Tunisia, Egypt, Spain, Madagascar, Kenya, Austria, France, Switzerland, Slovenia, and Greece. With the knowledge acquired working with so many international teams, she has been able to create unique and amazing dishes that she will be happy to share with you.

If you have rented a villa in Tuscany or Umbria, you may contact Cinzia to arrange the date of her visit and discuss the details of the menu -- or you can let her surprise you with one of her healthy, organic and low fat Tuscan dinners, maybe a "theme" dinner, if you like, such as the classic "Farmhouse Dinner" or the refined "Florentine Dinner".

And not only! If you want to pick up some skills you can take home with you, Cinzia and her team will set up a personalized “hands-on lesson". In approximately 4 hours, you will learn the basics of the Italian cooking, and (of course!) you’ll be able to taste what you have learnt. During the lesson you will be guided through mixing, kneading and cooking techniques. Pasta lovers can arrange an exclusive cooking lesson focused on the realization of different homemade pasta (like tagliatelle, ravioli, tortellini, cannelloni...) with their respective sauces. Mostly you will have a lot of fun and you’ll be surprised of your ability on making it!

Cinzia will also be available to cater for your wedding, and make your special day gastronomically unique.
