Trattoria dal Billy

In a high point in the village of Manarola is the homey restaurant "Billy". Run by a family that has been involved in the fishing trade for three generations, the specialty is not surprisingly seafood so be prepared to dive in! Start off with the 12-plate antipasto that gives you a great sampling of the region's delicacies. If you can get past that, the pastas are made fresh and are delicious. Homemade desserts and Cinque Terre wines round it out.

There is a sunny terrace with sea views for outdoors dining or cozy tables in the white-washed dining room. Trattoria dal Billy was named one of Italy's 10 Most Popular Restaurants by La Stampa newspaper, noting that the terrace is especially romantic.
