Squid and Potatoes
For four persons:
- 600 gr of squid
- 600 gr of potatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 spoons of finelly chopped onions
- parsley
- half a glass of white wine.
Cut the fish into strips of 1 cm and cut the potatoes in slice of 1 cm.
Pour the oil in a pan large and deep, add the garlic crushed and the minced onion and brown at low heat until the onion becomes transparent.
Add the white wine and let it evaporate.
Pour the fish in the hot oil and as soon as it starts to pour its liquid (after 1 minutes) put the potatoes and cover the pan.
Let the fish and the potatoes cook for some minutes.
When the potatoes are soft uncover the pan, add the chopped parsley pepper and salt if necessary... serve with all your love!
