The restaurant calls itself "cucina naturale" (natural cuisine) and they offer garden-fresh selections along with the time-honored dishes that are part of Tuscan tradition. Here you'll find some meat and game as well as innovative seasonal vegetarian dishes (sparkling risotto made with champagne, anyone?).
