This impressive restaurant is located in the countryside between Bronte and Randazzo, at the base of Mt. Etna. A lovely mountain setting in the woods with a view of the volcano, it has a warm interior where creative yet traditional dishes are served.

They pride themselves on using fresh, local ingredients to make real, flavorful Sicilian dishes. Their motto is "Tradition with creative genius". The plates are presented beautifully, to make it appetizing to the eyes as well as the palate.
