In the historic center of Dicomano, the restaurant da Sergio serves home-made Tuscan fare in a warm, family-type atmosphere. They make the tortelli, cannelloni and pappardelle in house with delicious results. The ingredients are carefully selected to highlight the flavors of the region. Pasta and grilled or roasted meats, in keeping with the culinary traditions of the hills, are served with pride.
