Set in an old masseria that has been restored, Villa Excelsa presents Puglian plates in a welcoming setting. Using all locally-grown vegetables, fresh-caught fish and local meat, they prepare traditional recipes handed down through the generations. Homemade sweets and local wines compliment the meals. Pizza is served in the evening.
