A lovely local place that serves the delicious, unique dishes found in the Salento. Some bear origins in Arab, Greek and Eastern traditions, brought here centuries (or millennia!) ago and fused into the regional cookery. This is a good place to sample them. There are seafood as well as meat and vegetable based dishes, so something for everyone. They make wood oven-fired pizza in the evenings.
