Saverio and Grazia are well known in town, as yhey have been in the restaurant business for over twenty years.  Together with Chef Fabrizio Castellucci whose passion and long professional experience in this field are an essential and valuable contribution, they run "Il Preludio".

Fresh pasta, pates, sauces and desserts are freshly hand-made every day by the Chef and his kitchen team.

The use of local and seasonal ingredients, elaborated and interpreted with great care and creativity, makes this restaurant an expression of authentic Umbrian cuisine, while remaining attentive to innovation in line with the principles of traditional Italian gastronomy.
