During your stay in Rome, if you'd like to taste some real healthy food, make sure you do not miss Biogusto: a 100% bio-food restaurant. It is in the Trionfale district, a few kilometres out of central Rome, but you'll be able to taste strictly home-made pasta, desserts and ice-creams, bread and pizza made with organic and macrobiotic ingredients.

Organic wines, an extensive vegetarian menu, and pizza, too. The district is accessible by train from central Rome, arriving at the Gemelli station, then a few blocks walk from there.
