Restaurant del Sole

Located in the heart of the historic center of Perugia, at 100 meters from Corso Vannucci and opposite the railway terminal of Minimetrò Pincetto, Ristorante del Sole is a great place to eat and relax in Perugia.

The restaurant has a double "soul": on one hand the wonderful view of the Umbrian valley with views of Assisi, on the other a section of Etruscan wall map dating back to the III - II century BC. It's a place to discover the traditional tastes of Perugia of the past, in modern version that starts with a Carpaccio of duck with truffles and parmesan cheese to go with pappardelle with wild boar, ‘Imbrecciata all’Umbra’, carnaroli rice with Sagrantino with radicchio mantecato.

The Restaurant del Sole is also a café, an open terrace to enjoy at any time: for breakfast, a coffee, an aperitif or just to unwind for a few minutes.
