Restaurant Da Pellegrino

The restaurant is located where a long time ago it was a tobacco retailer, important arrival and starting point of the caravans going to Montecatini and Pistoia.

The secret of Pellegrino's dishes is to be found in the high-quality products, such as the shepherd's cottage cheese and the grandmother's greens, both used to prepared ravioli. The business is now run by Pellegrino's children, Luca and Monica, who, though respecting the tradition of typical dishes, are open to new ideas and offer dishes that suit guests' taste and requests.

They have recently introduced a pizza strictly baked in a wood-burning oven. A stop at restaurant "Da Pellegrino" is also a way to discover backwards the Nievole torrent which gives the name to the valley that, thanks to its thermal waters, is famous all over the world.
