Restaurant Alex is in Pietrasanta, hosted in a wonderful 1900's building a few steps from the Tuscan sea. The ethnic style, tropical plants and precious marbles used to furnish the restaurant, make a warm and relaxing place to taste an exclusive offer of food and wine.

Alex proposes a refined and original fish-based cuisine. You will find dishes like calamaretti in salsa all’uovo (squids in egg sauce), linguine alla vellutata di fagioli e salvia con cozze, vongole veraci, gamberi e calamaretti (linguine with beans and sage "vellutata", with mussels, clams, prawns and squids).
