Poseidon Gardens Thermal Park

The most renowned of Ischia's thermal parks, Poseidon offers 22 pools of various shapes, depths and temperatures. They are constantly refreshed from the mineral springs, and you choose your temperature and atmosphere for the best curative effect for your ailments. There is a deeper lap pool and two shallow ones for kids. Situated on the beautiful Bay of Citara, the park entrance includes access to the private beach, with umbrellas and lounge chairs.

A natural sauna carved into the tufa rock, and a Japanese bath that alternates hot and cold on a stone pathway that you walk over to sooth aching feet and leg muscles are included in their offerings, along with a full menu of spa options and medical-based hydrotherapy cures.
