Peck Emporium

Serving the historic center of Milan since 1883, Peck is the pre-eminent name in gastronomy in the city. The founder Francesco Peck started bringing delicacies from other parts of Italy and Europe to the Milanesi, and his store was an instant success. Today, it is an food and wine emporium that occupies three floors of the building and is part delicatessen, part market, part restaurant. You'll find everything under one roof, from fruits and vegetables to meat, pastries and gelato, specialty foods, and an enormous selection of wine. The restaurant serves traditional dishes (not just from Milan) while the Italian Bar serves classics with new twists in a casual nouveau-deco type setting. A trip to Peck is a must for foodies!
