Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 100 gr stale Tuscan bread
  • 150 gr tomatoes
  • 100 gr cucumbers
  • estra-virgin olive oil
  • red wine vinegar to taste
  • 200 gr green salad
  • basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Soften bread in water, drain it well and place it in a casserole. Rinse and dice the vegetables. Season with olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with basil leaves.
