In the last few years Naples seems to be up to express a new monumentality in step with contemporary artistic and architectural currents, reproposing the concept of "public art".

Our itinerary goes along two main routes: the first one starts from the Royal Palace of Capodimonte, housing the National Galleries and Museum, towards the city centre, passing through the long straight thoroughfare opened during the Napoleonic age.
