Mora Mora Beach

On the Adriatic coast south of Lecce, at the frazione called San Foca, is a tranquil oasis called Mora Mora beach. The peary sand is backed by dense shrub while the sea is crystalline and inviting. It's just far enough from the city to be less crowded, though it is considered one of the area's most beautiful beaches.

The Mora Mora Bistro’ del Mare is an upscale beachfront bar and restaurant serving up gourmet dishes and hand-mixed drinks with a view. There are sunbeds, umbrellas and lounge chairs for rent here, or you can walk past it and find the tracts of wild-like free beach, with quiet spots away from everyone else.
