Marina Serra Natural Pool Beach

Dubbed "a natural swimming pool" the beach at Marina Serra is a splendid spot to sun and swim. Sitting below the antique coastal watch tower Torre Palane, Marina Serra is on the sea that is part of Tricase and Corsano. It is a natural cut into the rocky coast that wends between the reef walls and into a couple of grottoes. It is truly an enchanting spot!

Don't expect sandy beaches here. You'll be sitting and laying on the rocks. But you get to swim in the crystal pool or in the open sea just beyond, and can swim into the out of the grottoes, too.

Just north of the piscina naturale is another inlet cove called Acquaviva, with a small beach.

Both Marina Serra and Acquaviva get quite crowded in July and August, so get there early.
