The chef Deborah has been named one of the most talented on the Tuscan coast, and you'll easily see why. The plates are beautifully prepared and presented, using the area's abundant fresh seafood and local produce, with a few meat dishes in the Tuscan tradition, as well. She had garnered lots of awards and publicity in the upper-end culinary publications. But despite the elegant dining room, it manages to keep a casual air with the curving terrace and beach ambiance. Views sweep over the islands of Capraia, Elba and Corsica and sunsets are special from here. Low-key lunch menus, special dinner gourmet menus, or a la carte options. The beach "stabilimento" establishment offers umbrellas and sun beds, showers, games, changing cabins, use of bicycles, and a bar with drinks and cold plates.
