In Morrovalle's old town, this restaurant has been offering traditional Marchigiana fare since the 1970s. It's popular with folks from the surrounding towns, and uses only local produce and meats. They also host themed "apericena" evenings, and have vegetarian options. All the pastas are made in-house from Marche-grown wheat.
