Tucked down a narrow stone alley in Santa Fiora, the Barilotto restaurant is known for its good Tuscan fare. Try the fat pici pasta or the flat pappardelle noodles, with a variety of sauces, or maybe the fresh-made ravioli or Tuscany's "gnudi" (like the ravioli filling without the pasta skin). Mains tend towards grilled meats (as is pretty typical around Tuscany). Everything is made in house, with a trattoria type of ambiance. Nobody leaves disappointed (or still hungry!)
