Fattoria Montanine Winery

An organic and biodynamic winery outside Chiesanuova, the Villa Montanine has an interesting history, while the Casanova family has been making wine for a few generations here. The Renaissance-styled villa dates to the 15th century. The family purchased it in the 1930s, and the grandsons of the original owner still respect their grandfather's traditions and focus on quality, organic wines and olive oil.

Try the Tuscan red, the Chianti DOCG, the Vin Santo, and the red dessert wine passito rosso.
