Enoteca Cavour 313 is a Roman neighborhood hang-out in the Monti district, next to the Forum. It's a great place for a glass of wine, a few nibbles, and a chance to relax after a day of sightseeing. This is a place that's casual and pub-like, but they're serious when it comes to wine. There are two wine lists - one for take-away purchases (which they'll gift wrap, if you'd like) and one for on-site consumption. The helpful staff will give their advice on the best choices of wine and food pairings to match your taste and budget. They have more than 1000 vintages to choose from. Food is prepared using local, organic and seasonal ingredients.
