With Piedmont's heritage grapes, this winery uses organic and natural processes to produce wines that reflect the area. The vineyards' rows are colored by marguerites, poppies and wild orchids. The vines are hand-pruned and without chemical sprays or fertilizers. They maintain a natural winemaking approach, without intervention or "corrections," no artificial temperature controls, or clarification chemicals, so that the wines are a natural expression of the grapes and the terroir.

The name comes from the highest point of the vineyards (bricco) where it is said lightening is common to strike, losna being the local dialect word for lightening.
The grapes are Barbera, cultivated here since the 12th century; Grignolino, since the medieval era, and Freisa, since the 1500s.

A visit will include a walk among the wines and of course a tasting.
