Near the church of the Assumption of Santa Maria Navarrese, an ancient artifact was uncovered and is displayed in open air. The so-called "Votive Stone" is an archealogical relic from a prehistoric religious rite. It dates to the pre-Nuraghic period and is thought to be of Neolithic origin. The round stone bears 11 recessed cups that held votive lights, illuminated during certain ceremonies or offerings to the gods.

The stone was uncovered in 1950 when renovations were being carried out on the church. It was placed at the top of the stairway near the church, above the beach, and can be admired by all.
