AgriBeach Eden Puglia

At Pescoluse, Marina di Salve, one of Puglia's most acclaimed pieces of seafront, this beach establishment offers a different type of experience from just the usual umbrellas and night-time disco. They do offer umbrella, sun beds, and gazebos to rent on the beach, of course. But they also have an animal park area and a dedicated beach for dogs (so you don't have to leave Spot at home). There is live music at times, a volleyball court and football (soccer) field. Kids will enjoy the children's park. Throw in WiFi and a Bookcrossing corner and there is something for everyone.

But wait; their real difference is the organic farm they operate! Kids can pet the animals and go along to harvest the vegetables that are used in the Eden kitchen. All organically grown, their produce goes into local dishes especially adapted for the hot summer climate (with vegetarian options available). The on-site bar offers snacks, organic Puglia wines and smoothies.

They also organize outings for bird watching, archeology sites in the area and the interesting, unusual Grotta delle Fate (a natural wonder they have helped to reclaim, clean up and maintain). AgriBeach Eden Salento is located next to the beach known as "the Maldives of Puglia".
